We’re excited to share that Heart Soul Strength is evolving and now officially operates as Rise Leadership Collective.
We’re raising up women who build bridges across generations, backgrounds, and beliefs... because true leadership doesn’t avoid differences; it unites through them.
In a world divided by noise and fear, we need leaders who will rise with courage, lead with humility, and create spaces where curiosity replaces judgment and collaboration sparks lasting change.
What We’re Building — And What We’re Raising Funding For
The Rise Leadership Conference may be postponed until , but the mission hasn’t paused... and through many months of growing pains, I can now say it’s growing stronger than ever.
We’re raising funding to fuel a movement that makes leadership development accessible to everyone... starting right where we are (and maybe where you are, too!) That means hosting free Rise Pop-Up Events across the U.S. and Canada, where women can gather, in all their humanness, to create, connect, and grow side by side.
We’re also building pathways for leaders to teach, share, and equip others, because empowered leaders empower leaders.
Your support helps us come alongside women who know exactly what they need to take that next step in leadership, but simply don’t have the funds to do it right now.
For some, that might look like earning a certification or creating a website that finally represents who they are. For others, it’s finding mentorship, spiritual direction, or even beginning therapy to heal from the trauma of poor leadership... because that kind of pain leaves a mark, and it takes real work to rise from it.
When you give, you’re not just funding a program. You’re investing in a woman’s next step toward becoming the kind of leader our world desperately needs.
